Within this scope, Burçelik Valve displays quality compatibility with appropriate certificates for each and every sector. Burçelik Valve which designates its direction in its quality pursuit upon the demand for its products, has acquired certificates related to almost all sectors in many countries. It continues to expand its product spectrum with high speed.

Our quality journey which began with the ISO9000 certificate in year 1998, continues to expand rapidly. Our certificates are;

API (American Petroleum Institute)

We have three documents from American Petroleum Institute which is the pioneer in the Petroleum and Natural Gas sector and which is a quality reference:

ISO9000:2000; API Q1; API Monogram License  

CE (97/23/CE)

The quality assurance which evidences that your product is not incompatible with environmental and population heath is valid for all our products.

ATEX (Equipment Used in Probable Explosive Milieu) covers all our butterfly valves.

DNV (Det Norsk Veritas Proses Approval) We have Proses approval document.

GOST (The quality and hygiene certificate dominant in Russia and the Turkic Republics) covers all products.

TS11341 (Document for Valves-Butterfly-Fluids) covers all our butterfly valves.

TS9809 (Natural Gas and Fluidized Petroleum Gas “LPG”) covers our ball valves.

We use intranet in our Quality system so that all users can reach current online information.

Product Management is pursued by the ERP program. In every step of production, data are gathered with the barcode control system. Traceability of all product parts is maintained by transferring collected data to final control reports.

For every delivery 3-1B certificates are prepared.

On every product exist metal labels which show the serial number, and

material and functional properties. It is possible to reach the chemical/mechanical and test data of the materials used in the product through the serial number.

Correct selection must be made for the valve to operate efficiently, and all the information provided in the product usage guide must be strictly followed.
